FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE

Reinforced concrete footings. Supports of reinforced concrete and waffle slab, with a concrete of characteristic resistance of HA/30/B/20/IIa to 28 days, in formation of nerves, beams. Concrete vaults, interaxes of ribs.

ROOFS

Made on H-150 Kg/cm2 aerated concrete layer, 7 cm. average thickness, for slope formation (1% - 15%) and regularization layer with cement mortar 1/6 of 2 cm. thickness, consisting of: waterproofing sheet type LBM-40 FP, with main reinforcement of non-woven polyester filter of at least 130 g/m2 and complementary reinforcement, compatible with the main one, glass fibre filter of at least 50 g/m2, fully adhered to the support with a torch; geotextile sheet of 115 gr/m2. Thermal insulation formed by extruded polystyrene panels of 5cm thickness, edges cut to half wood, placed together found and minimum density of 35 kg/m3. 150 gr/m2 geotextile, placed over the insulation, and a layer of pebble aggregate. FACADES

Rendered façades: Cement mortar rendering, half a foot of perforated brick, interior rendering, interior insulation, air chamber, and self-supporting gypsum plasterboard sheathing with rock wool insulation. Facades views: Exposed brick, interior plastering, interior insulation, air chamber. and self-supporting plasterboard panelling with rock wool insulation.

CLOSURES AND PARTITIONS

Concrete walls with characteristic resistance of HA/30/B/20/IIa after 28 days. Interior partition walls: Formation of an enclosure formed by partition walls made of gypsum plasterboards with rock wool insulation. Partition walls in dwellings (Medianería): Soundproof brick supported on forging, rock wool insulation on both sides and self-supporting panelling of laminated gypsum plasterboard, supported on the sole of the acoustic insulation of floors.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY

The sliding aluminium carpentry will be lacquered in colour. The glass will be climalit. Climalit with laminated safety glass will be used in all glazed walls below the 0.90m level of the opening. Classification of glasses to impact will be 3(B)2.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY

Folding doors lacquered, flush and edged on all sides to cover their heads. The access door to the house will be metallic, with flashing on both sides, pre-frame, including anti-leverage hinges, heel handle with wide-angle optical peephole and lock with 3 security points at the top and bottom of the door.

FLOORS

Stoneware flooring on a mortar layer with acoustic insulation. Acoustic-Thermal insulation will be used in areas whose support slabs are on the outside or on non-habitable spaces. Outdoor flooring: Non-slip stoneware flooring and deactivated concrete.

SANITARY

The sanitary fittings to be installed will be 1st brand in white or similar, as well as the faucet will be 1st brand single-lever model or similar.

ELECTRICITY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Planned underground low voltage network where the electrical supply of the building will be connected. Telecommunications: Planned telecommunications network, so that the connection box will be left planned.
